Shri Vijayaraghavan, Yoga Expert, Chennai, conducted Yoga Worshop Part I last Sunday. He is a prolific writer and his thinking is crystal-clear thanks to his relentless practice of Yoga. He is the author of about 400 articles for “Economic Times”, a leading daily of India, on issues concerning life, living and creativity with specific reference to yoga, meditation and writings/teachings and epics of the East and the West. We are fortunate to have him amidst us and let us learn from his wisdom.

Yoga is a vast topic, but he will focus on the following in Part II:

         - Yoga Nidra: The Full Sequence

        - 3 Pranayam (Breathing) Techniques

     - Address Queries by audience

Summer Yoga at HTA

Hello Everyone

As you know it is summer time and kids take their families on vacation and away from the temple. However the temple is open and Dr Char has kindly agreed to organize Yoga classes during summer too if 5 or more students are willing to come during summer. The classes will be conducted in the Banquet Hall (Bal Vihar Building).
